Should I move to Melbourne?

Hello my fellow Indian's there in Melbourne
Someone who has a decent profit making business in India, own house, assets and opportunities but is deprived of job satisfaction, & professionalism & Quality of life; do you think he should migrate to Melbourne at age of 45? I was always keen to move there and got my PR 3 years ago but have not been able to take the big step due to the above factors and inertia. I am sure many of you must have gone thru a similar state of mind. Can you help me to make the big move? Is it right for me to make this move in the above circumstances?
