Working holiday in Australia? (Melbourne)

Hello there,
My name is Selina. I am from Hong Kong. I am planning to go to Australia for one year with a working holiday visa.

I wondered what kind of job I can get here. I speak very good English and am a part time teacher here. I also teach Chinese too.

I'd like to work in a bookshop, a bar, or a restaurant too, everything that I wont try in Hong Kong. Is it easy for me to get a job here?

Any advice giving me on living, working and renting a place in the city or the country? Thanks! =)
