Career Opportunity with an international business risk consulting firm in Mexico City

At the suggestion of Danilo Souza, I am posting a position that I am helping a client fill in Mexico City.

Our client is an independent, business risk consulting firm with 18 offices
worldwide and a diverse team of consultants who are experts in their
respective fields. They provide advice and services that enable
corporate, governmental and non-governmental clients worldwide to
accelerate opportunities and to manage strategic and operational business
risks. The firm is currently growing its business in
Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
Region, and has an opening for an Operations Manager
in its Mexico office, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include: The overall management (including managing the full P&L) of the crisis management and security consulting area in tMexico, Central America and Caribbean
region; plays a key role in business development throughout the region, ensuring the team of consultants effectively address key business issues of their client base; will also be responsible for the development of their consulting team, including recruiting, performance
management and training.

Candidates should be completely bilingual English/Spanish with at least 3 years in a management position with demonstrated leadership abilities.
