Does anyone have any information on the approximate monthly fee and initial sign up fee for Club Mundet in Polanco? Is anyone a member? IS there a discount or reduction for expats?

Does anyone have information about the Zip Bikes; I am not sure of the exact name... (temp bike rental kiosks in and around Polanco). Are they safe to ride? Thanks for your thoughts and insights.
