Clueless about work visa (Mexico City)

Dear my friends!!i would like to inform me please if is possible to get a work visa even if you dont get a job!!to get a work visa is premised to have definately a job?
But who employer is willing to pass all the procession to sponshor someone , for example me who am i simple interior designer whom his country is on crisis and wants to start a new life!!
I am bit dissapointed!

Furthermore yesterday i was informed from the mexican embassy in Athens that while is being processed the work visa request in mexico and once is accepted i have to return to my country to request again and be valid and then come back to mexico to start working!!!by writing only is such a annoying process!!!
