Cooking Classes/Charity Work (Mexico City)

Hi,
Does anyone know where one can take cooking classes (preferably to learn how to cook Mexican food and preferably on the weekends), in Mexico City? Also, does anyone know about opportunities to volunteer to work with local charities, on the weekends?
Any information would be much appreciated!
