Dog friendly area to live (Mexico City)

Hi all dogowners in DF:)

We currently live in Bogota and are transfering to Mexico DF. We are looking for apartment/house and like the feeling in Polanco/Condesa area because its restaurantes, cafees and walkability. What I would love is to hear from you dog owners is, in your opinion, what would be the best place to live to have good areas where the dogs can be off leach. We have been very spoiled with amazing location in Bogota for the dogs, living right next to a nice park wich really made the every day live more fun for the dogs and easier for us:)
