Giving Birth in Mexico (Mexico City)

Hello,

I have been in Mexico City for about 7 months now and I am expecting a baby in May. I am insured through my husband, but in the public hospitals I will be required to give birth alone as they don't allow family members to be present. This is not an option for me for many reasons, one of which is that I am not yet fluent in Spanish. Does anyone have experience with any of the private hospitals? It would also be nice to know if anyone has a gynecologist or OB/GYN who speaks English.
