Healthcare and Physical Therapy (Mexico City)

Hi everyone. I am hoping to move to Mexico City in the fall and am in need of healthcare coverage. (I lived in Mexico for the past two years and due to health issues am currently in the States.) I have some pretty intense pre-existing conditions and it's been difficult to find coverage. Does anyone know of a good company that offers solid coverage?

Also, I am going to be needing physical therapy. There are so many clinics to choose from! I would love choose one based off a good recommendation. I am recently paraplegic and need ongoing therapy. Does anyone know of a good, English- speaking therapist?
