Help to deliver a gift to a Girl in Mexico city (Mexico City)

I know her for last 1.5 yrs, when she studied here in Manchester , UK.

I just want to send a gift/flowers for Valentines day , it seems would cost a lot to order from here and am not sure whether it would get delivered.

Could anybody help, I have got the address and ready to pay the amount, could do any other favours possible
