We have at Hershey´s Mexico, in Guadalajara, the following position available:
SUMMARY: This position acts as a bridge between a business process area or discipline and work being done in the solutions center. Responsible for documenting the current and optimal processes, defining performance metrics, and identifying and resolving process gaps. Has a strong understanding and experience in the SAP methodology used by Hershey. Responsible for mapping the business processes to SAP (and other solutions) and participates in user acceptance testing. Involved in the creation of documentation and training materials and may deliver training during implementation. Works very closely with the business especially during implementation. Serves in a system support role.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, or similar. Or equivalent work experience. Masters degree or equivalent degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in SAP design and implementation with a minimum of 10 years in Information Technology or operational business area. Proven ability to lead solutions within one or more functional/business process area. Knowledge of business process improvement programs within Hershey, the consumer packaged goods industry or related field.
