Hospital with English-speaking Doctor(s)? (Mexico City)

Well, first post in DF, and already I have to provide more details than warranted :) Looks like I caught a rather persistent throat infection a couple of months ago. Went to private clinics in both Argentina and the US, but, so far, no luck. I will be paying out-of-pocket, so I am looking for a Hospital/clinic that a. provides professional care and diagnostics, and b. won't break the bank.

I do understand enough Spanish to get by, but English/German/French-speaking staff would make communication a lot easier for me :)

I am currently located on Av. Nuevo León near Parque México.

Any pointers greatly appreciated!
