Now that the World Cup is gone it’s time to go back to work. I hope everyone enjoyed our World Cup Party last month at Cibeles.

This month we are sticking with the Colonia Roma. We are going to the lovely Av. Alvaro Obregon on the heart of Colonia Roma, with all the fountains and where the old mansions from last century are. The place: NonSolo Ristoranti

BEERS:
Cucapa clásica: de Mexicalli. Esta cerveza de color dorado con olor a fruta y flores es de cuerpo medio con sabor a malta y cítricos dulces.
La Catrina: es una irish red de la hacienda de zempoala en hidalgo. Es una cerveza de alta fermantacion, ambar de 6% con algo de cuerpo, notas suaves como caramelo.

Tijuana Morena: de Tijuana cerveza obscura, cuerpo robusto, espuma densa y muy cremosa, sabor ligeramente a maltas caramelizadas y chocolate amargo

Proceso Artesanal.
Buqué bien definido y aromático que combina sabores ahumados y a tierra.

SCORPION REPOSADO
Alc. Vol. 40
Descripción : Agave angustifolia, Oaxaca.
Doble destilación
Reposado en barricas de roble de 2 a 11 meses.
Ahumado , con un buque de lima, cítricos y pepino, sal y hierbas.
Gold. Lanolin and honey aromas. A soft round entry leads to a dry light-to medium-body with honey, grassy herbs, flax, caramel, salt, light spice. Finishes dryly with a honeyed oak barrel note

MARIA CON GUSANO.

Doble destilación Mezcal joven con el sabor salado ahumado que le da el gusano.
100% Agave mezcal with the famous little Agave worm.
