Lattes as good as stumptown and blue bottle? (Mexico City)

Hi,

I'm from New York city and spoiled by the excellent quality of espresso beverages that is currently all the rage in the US. Latte art, expert baristas, quality brewing machines. Sadly the best I've found is starbucks.

Do we have anything in Polanco or greater DF on par with stumptown, intelligentsia, 9th street espresso, blue bottle, four barrel, etc?
