Looking for a bilingual Nurse (English -Spanish) (Mexico City)

My 49 year son is in Mexico City ( Santa Fe) undergoing cancer treatment and residing in a Hotel.

Eric is ambulatory, engaging and intelligent. He is usually fatigued after treatment He needs assistance with medication management and help with doctor's appoints, meal planning, dining out and activities, as appropriate.

Any leads or resources for locals or ex-pats would be greatly appreciated.
