Looking for a female voice... (Mexico City)

I am starting a side project, at least for now. It is a musical project (maybe a duo at first) with real and electronic generated music. I need a female voice for the leading vocals and maybe playing some instruments and sequences. I am looking for an interesting female voice with personality rather than an extremely talented voice. It would be very helpful if you have composition talents and play any instrument, not need to be brilliant at playing it, though. The most important thing is that you listen and love a lot of music and are not afraid of expressing your creativity. How it will sound? Whatever interesting sound that comes from the synergy.
