Mexican flag eagle edible decal (Mexico City)

Hi

I am making Mexican Independence Day cookies and would like to stick an edible decal of the eagle and the nopal in the middle of my Mexican flag. The decal should be about the size of a 2 peso coin. Does anyone know where I can buy these. I will check out the bake shops around metro Portales closer to the date, but is there anywhere else that would sell such a thing?
