Mexico City Experience w/ Toddlers

Hi everyone, my wife and I are currently debating a potential expat international assignment in Mexico City for ~3 year. We currently live in the United States and have a couple of girls (2 and 4 yrs old) . I was hoping to gain some perspectives from individuals with similar personal experiences and schooling (Pre-K and K), community and housing recommendations. A couple of notes; Our company is primarily based in Santa Fe, however I'd be traveling to Juarez once or twice a week as well. Also, no one in my family speaks Spanish yet! Thanks!
