Playa del Carmen (Mexico City)

Hello! I am planning to move to Playa for 6 months towards the end of the year and would be very grateful if anyone could please give some advise on how much the rent of 1 bed flat could cost (including the internet) and which areas/developments would you recommend to look for a flat in; also any advise on local places - e.g. any local markets, recommended gyms, estate agents etc. etc.
How much would you normally spend on the bills (and other expenses, such as food, for example) per month?
