Possible Move to Mexico City

My husband is considering taking a job in Cuautitlan. Our children are aged 12 and 16 so we will need an international school since they do not speak Spanish yet. We are considering either the American School or Greengates. Can anyone give me suggestions on where a good place to live would be for a decent commute to work and school? Comments on transportation would be appreciated as well. In fact, any information you could provide would be great. Thank you. :-)
