Primary schools near Col. Napoles? (Mexico City)

Dear everyone,
I am offered a position in Col Napoles and was wondering what good options there would be for schools for my 5 year (turning 6 in Oct) twins? I really like Condesa as a neighbourhood to live in but am not sure if there any good bilingual schools around? Does anyone have any information on tuition fees? Most of the websites don't mention them and since we will have to pay for our kids education ourselves the costs are very relevant.
