Stuck in Mexico with kids1 (Mexico City)

Hi to all, I have 8 years living in Acapulco, Guerrero unfortunatly I only Have my US short form birth certificate, my social security card, and my expired drivers License. I have two kids who where both born here in mexico. I haven trying for some time to try and find a way to return to the US with my kids. And have been unable to find some clear answers or help. Please let know of what ever help or ideas?
