Tea in Mexico, miss tea from your home countries? (Mexico City)

Hi, I am an expat from Japan and I am looking for a good tea shops or cafes or any information about tea in Mexico.

I have been living here in Mexico City for 7 months now but could not have found my favorite tea shops or cafes yet.

I recognized that there are international tea shops like starbucks, the coffee beans and tea leaf, and teavana. But never found a good local tea shops or where you can buy high qualified tea in Mexico. Especially i have never seen loose leaf tea anywhere in Mexico...

I have heard that mexican drink tea for medical purpose. and they drink herb tea mostly, is that true?
