Miami - first visit thinking about relocating

Fellow Expats,
we are trying to spend a couple of days back in Miami to see if the city if for us. For this we were thinking about renting this apartment from craigslist.

Can you tell me if the location is more or less legit, or if it is totally unreasonable and therefore a rip off?
