American School of Milan

Hello,
I wonder if somebody could help me with information about access to the American School of Milan (located in Via Karl Marx 14, Noverasco di Opera). Both my wife and I will work in the historic centre and will live in Brera or Sempione. School starts at 8 in the morning. Is there a lot of traffic in Via Ripamonti at this hour of the day? Can I take the bus/tram to reach the school? How long would it take?
