Beginners snowboarding near milan (Milan)

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for where to go snowboarding as a complete beginner? Looking to go over new years. I don't know if these are reasonable things to ask for but here goes:

easy slopes for beginners
tuition in English
easy to get to via public transport from milan
some nightlife (I'm 30 so don't necessarily need clubs, but a few pubs/bars would be good)
mainly adults would be a plus
cheaper is better obviously!

Any tips would be much appreciated, I'm new to this winter sports so if anyone has any good websites to book it on, or tips on whether to book it as a package, or book passes and hotels separately etc, please pass them on.
