Best way to learn Italian? (Milan)

Hi!

I'm new in Milan and was very keen to quickly get myself set-up with some Italian lessons. I have seen that there are a few different schools and methods of learning (one to one tuition, exchange, classroom etc) and was wondering what people's experiences have been and what schools people have been attending?
