Calculating ISEE (include or not parents&sublings) (Milan)

Ciao tutti,

I am moving to Milan soon and really need some advice on the concept of ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator): can anyone tell me how it is calculated in the case of a 27 year old single person? (foreigner). Can I include my parents and brothers in the "family core" and calculate an average income per person, or am I the only person who constitutes my family and my own income represents my ISEE ... that would be too bad..
Where can I find more information?
