English speaking business attorney and accountant? (Milan)

Hello to all - I am not yet a Milan expat, (US/Italy dual citizen still living in the USA) but am looking into purchasing a business in Monza; I need a good accountant (to vet tax returns and numbers) and business attorney (for contract review, etc.) who obviously know all about business in Italy, but who speak English.

If anyone can direct me on this it would be very helpful. If this is the wrong category I apologize.
