English woman looking for italian practice (Milan)

Hi there,
I am a 30-ish year old woman who moved from London to Milan 6 months ago. I am currently studying italian whilst looking for work.
I am upper intermediate level and looking for an italian woman (of a similar level) to practice the language with, perhaps over a drink, maybe once or twice a week? Ideally in central or Navigli area.
If anyone is interested, it would be great to meet for a coffee perhaps?
