Our client is an innovative and international company leader within the accessories & luxury goods area.
For their Milan office they are searching for an Executive Personal Assistant with marketing support.
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Support the management team in all administrative areas such as: agenda, travel plans, general secretarial work, managing contracts of suppliers and clients;
-Support the marketing manager in all areas such as: attending events and trade fairs in the fashion and apparel sector, preparation and translation of documents, website update, support of the sales team;
-Deal with all the international communication with the other offices based in Switzerland and their suppliers and distributors based worldwide.
The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:
-Must be fluent in Italian, English and German, a third language such as Spanish or French is considered an asset;
-Has developed a similar role in international and dynamic contexts; a marketing background is preferred;
-Must be willing to travel and work also at international locations when attending events and trade fairs;
-Has an outgoing, flexible and customer oriented approach;
-Is able to deal simultaneously with multiple tasks, is highly organized, has a high energy drive while working in a precise and fast manner;
-Excellent knowledge of the main IT systems.
