Exploring Marketing Opportunities (Milan)

I'm exploring brand management/marketing opportunities in Italy. My experience is in cosmetics and fast moving consumer goods working on large global brands. If you have any suggestions as to networking groups/ or other forums for networking in Italy, I would greatly appreciate it.
