Good tax accountant Italy/US (Milan)

Greetings all,

I've been here for two years, happily enjoying the "dolce vita", but am nearing the end of contract. Despite having been here for such a duration, I have yet to fully understand the pay slip each month in terms of social security / retirement payments. The US tax filing deadline for Expats is nearing, and I thought I'd use that excuse to get to the bottom of the Italian system.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good English-speaking tax accountant / lawyer, who could both file US tax and help answer questions about the Italy system (for example, can you transfer the retirement payments out of Italy when you leave?)
