Health Insurance Options for Expats in Milano

Ciao Tutti,

I wanted to know what kind of health insurance I can get in Milano. I'll probably be there long-term. I checked the Cigna health insurance but it's ridiculous, pricy and they literally don't cover anything. Nothing that you need care for currently but if something were to happen in the future. It's totally useless.

Does anyone know of any options?
