How to get an HIV test? (Milan)

Hi everyone!
I am currently settled in Milan, and am wondering how one goes about getting an HIV test? I guess I should ask my doctor, but is there some central clinic/office who does them?
Thanks for your help! :-) I love this community...someone always knows answers to even the most obscure question.
