Income tax bracket for foreigners working in Italy (Milan)

I. Tax bracket for foreign specialist employees

Moving from abroad to Italy, I was wondering whether any of you know whether Italy (like Belgium or Denmark) has the preferred tax bracket for expats (for first job in new country), if they were to take on a specialist function within the firm. Other countries put this up as an incentive to get more specialist employees from abroad.

II. Tax advisor

On a related note, I was wondering whether any of you know a "good", ideally German or English speaking tax advisor in Milan. "Good" in the sense that you are happy with their advice and the fees are reasonable.
