Internship Marketing & Sales French market (Milan)


We have an opportunity for an intern to assist QRP in their growth of the French market.

QRP international runs a large range of services in project management and IT service management field, including both training and consultancy in worldwide recognized theoretical practices throughout Europe and in the rest of the world.

The intern will provide support to the Country Manager France in Como, Italy. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the sales, administration and finance with focus on the French market.

Subsequent to the internship period there will be an opportunity to work as assistant Marketing & Sales for the French market at the office in Como, Italy. This position will require regular travel to France.

Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business Studies, preferable university degree (just graduated or to be graduated)
BTS and DUT welcomed to apply

Work Experience
Position would suit a recent graduate looking to embark on a career within marketing & sales.

Native French or bilingual
Fluent English speaking and writing
Italian is a plus
Basic administrative experience
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable: knowledge of other languages
Desirable: sales/direct sales experience
Entrepreneurial skills

The Intern’s responsibilities will include
Assist in the implementation of national and international operations for QRP in France
Support promotional plan, organize mailings
Support supplementary marketing activities
Various Direct sales activities/ pre-sales
Account management of existing clients
Support of event organizations (reservations, promo-material, contact sponsors)
Develop newsletters and press releases
Prepare courses, events and marketing material
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information
Handle administrative work related to core business
Translate from English to French vice versa
Market research, competitors analysis
