Is it really that bad right now? (Milan)
Hello Expats in Italy.
I'm a Canadian national who has been living in Western Europe for the past Protected content . It's been good but recently I've been thinking of moving to Italy- for the sun, the food and just the usual stereotypes of what people think Italy stands for ;)
However, I've heard that it's nearly impossible to find a job in Milan / Rome due to the financial crisis?
Is this correct? What are your experiences living there?
What do you think my chances would be as a native speaker with 9 years of professional experience in the area of Corporate Communications? (I don't speak Italian but that will be remedied...)
TIA for your thoughts!
