Issues with Vodafone - ridiculous bills (Milan)

Hello, I just came back to Milan after covid lockdown and I have found my internet bills that all arrived by post. I had signed up in early February for basic adsl and all my bills came when i left Italy . I have Protected content to pay AND my account got deactivated.
I am paying for the months I was not in, Which is fine. I had no possibility to do it before as they didn’t even send an email. Despite I called.
Anyone facing this? I did not want them to deactivate the internet. They claim they cannot reactivate my account , what a nightmare. I will need to work at home one day of the week.
Anyone facing the same issue? I am going to « conciliazioni » let’s hope they do their part.

What internet provider to you use that is hassle-free?
