Italian Drivers License-English (Milan)

I need to obtain an Italian Driver's License soon as I am currently driving with my USA license and International Permit. The written test is no longer offered in English. I am a beginning student in learning Italian.

Does anyone have suggestions on preparing for the written exam?
Where to find example questions to study?
Driver schools with English speakers?
