italiano per stranieri (Milan)

Hello, please, is there anyone attending free Italian course organized by Regione Lombardia / Comune Milano? I went personally to Piazza Citta di Lombardia to ask and they told me the only way to register is by phone ( Protected content ) but the call center is not working. Do the government organize courses for free or not? Thank you!!!
