I see that organising events aside from the official ones is, most of the time, a waste of time.
I thought it was possible to compete with cocktails, offering:
1) FREE events
2) CULTURAL events
etc.
but, apparently, here only the "the more the merrier" philosophy is winning.
Too bad... you may discover that a small concert/wine tasting/day trip/sport meetup/comedy etc could be very enjoyable..
