We are re-locating to Milan & I need to understand how renting an apartment work - I received a monthly quote & then further details saying we have an option to buy a kitchen for €6,000? Is this standard practice...to buy a kitchen in a rented apartment? When I move, would I / owner be the one to 'sell' it again? Thank you.
