La Scala, booking strategy ? (Milan)

Hello everyone !

I'm a newcomer in this exciting Internation community, and first let me wish you the best for the year to come.

So I'm here in Milan since early september, and I'd like to take my grandma to the world famous Scala some day as she's an Opera/Classic music fan. I visited the scala website but all the best seats seem to be hunted pretty fast.

Can anybody here share his know-how in terms of ticket booking, seat choosing, or general Scala experience with me ?
