Legal and/or healthcare sector translation (Milan)

Hi everyone,
This is a question for those people who have expertise and experience in translation and interpreting, would you kindly recommend me a serious and valid course in legal translation (even a valid online course) which would realistically provide me all the technical and professional tools to start working as a translator English vs Italian and viceversa.
My level of English written & spoken is fluent/professional level.
I have lived in England for nearly 10 years.
I spend half of the year in nord America (Detroit and Toronto) and Milan.
tips and suggestions are really really much appreciated.
