Looking for a house or an appartement (Milan)

Hello, as we my husband and I (former bfai. now gtai. germany trade and invest) are moving from Tunis to Milano in July, we are looking for house with garden or appartement Protected content (balcony-terrasse...). Is there a reasonable accomodation agency to be recommended?Or does anybody know about people who are moving away and so we could overtake their house? Thanks for your help. Angelika
