Luxury Sales Advisor (Milan)

one of the most prestigious brands and global players on the luxury market which operates in more than 50 countries worldwide.

In order to strengthen our team in our very prestigious boutique in Lugano, we are recruiting a :

Sales Advisor

•Create, develop and manage a solid network of high level and loyal clientele
•Manage autonomously sales related to all categories of products sold in the store
•Manage the relation with the customer during the whole process from customer welcome at store to payment
•Input customer and sales data into the proper software system
•Perform packaging on request for items sold
•Perform back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, after sale service processing…
•Seek and catch up with potential customers that have either visited the store or that have been acquired by other channels
•Create opportunities to contact customers and to create local relationships and increase sales
•Support the team in organizing visual merchandising material; prepare shelves/windows according to guidelines
•Take in charge items to repair brought back by customers and fill in the proper repair slip performing a brief interview on the item damage

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
•Commercial or sales background
•At least 2 or 3 years experience in a similar position with another luxury brand
•Excellent business development and networking skills
•Knowledge of sales techniques and good selling skills
•Knowledge of store procedures
•Knowledge of Marketing and CRM techniques and tools
•Fluent in Italian; English and other language an advantage
•Good computer skills (MS Office)
