Hi,

I’m from Scotland and have arrived to live in VB managing a beautiful new Retreat Centre Protected content above sea level over looking Laga D’Orta. I am looking for some staff to help with the centre Reception and for Digital Marketing.

Mandali Centre is a not for profit Foundation organising workshops and retreats to support people to learn meditation, yoga, personal development. Naturally having an interest in personal growth would be an advantage.

Job Description

Working at reception taking care of guests especially during arrival and departure days.
Managing transport for guests, Answering emails, the phone and taking care of day to day running of the front office.

Candidate Qualities
1/ Interest and an understanding of Meditation and the remit of Mandali. Mandali is a space for people to go deeply explore their authentic nature and find their one source of inner peace and truth.

2/ Previous experience in a retreat centre is not necessary but an advantage.

3/ Candidates need to show a capacity to multi-task and have good customer facing and soft skills and comfortable working in a team environment.

4/ Competent with computers, MS Word, Excel, Email, Online systems such as dropbox.

5/ Good English speakers essential with additional languages an advantage.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

A unique opportunity to join a close team of people organising and running a brand new Meditation Retreat Centre 900metres above sea level, over looking Laga D’Orta. The role means being solely responsible for the promotion and maintenance of the Mandali online presence and marketing strategy.

ESSENTIAL
1/ Responsible for the maintenance, marketing and post scheduling of Mandali events and content.
2/ Must be expert in Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Managing Audience Customisation.
Creating Campaigns and sets.
Promoting Events, regular content and extending reach with Post Scheduling.
Skills with MeetEdgar.com, PostPlanner.com or similar.
3/ Managing MailChimp newsletters.
4/ Scaling Facebook functionality, menus, shop.
5/ Able or willing to obtain Google Expert Certification. Has awareness and reasonable competence of Google Tools : Analytics, Search Console, AdWords
6/ Great communication skills and able to comfortably liaise with Account Managers in Radio, TV and Editors in Press.
7/ High level of competence in written English.

5/ Video/ camera skills : Mandali has a full time Content Manager but skills in this area would be an advantage, as would knowledge with Adobe Premier Pro, Lightworks or similar video software would be a great advantage.

2/ Warm and open communication. excellent soft skills, sensitive in ensuring guests are comfortable with their pictures / video being taken and being interviewed

4/ At least two years experience in Social Media Marketing, and supported with accredited training.

5/ Independently capable of communicating the Marketing vision, is self motivated and committed to excellence.
