International Sales Program for Engineers.

A major cogeneration sector leader within the European engineering industry seeks to train and employ young engineers. Engineers wishing to partake in the program shall be given the chance to start an international career in the sales department.

Technical training on the job and sales training will be provided to ten, select young engineers, for a period of one year at the Italian headquarters before being deployed to Northern/Southern Americas, East/ West Europe, United Kingdom and Russia to be in charge of sales activities. Please be aware that specific country of deployment will be decided based upon performance during the training course and other factors.

Desired Skills and Experience

We expect applicants to have the desire to live and work abroad but above all be motivated and eager to work in a sales environment using their good, sound engineering knowledge. Candidates should have:

- A degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or energetic engineering
- A Strong and proven academic background in electronics and thermodynamics
- An attitude for sales and relational abilities
- Mother tongue level or excellent knowledge of both, Italian and English

Preferential criteria

- Candidates with Protected content of technical experience in electronics and thermodynamics
- Candidates who have previous sales experience in the sector
- Candidates who are proficient in a third language. (Either Russian, German, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, French, Turkish or Hebrew)
- Candidates willing to be trained for a period of twelve months and to be then deployed, to live and work abroad

Optimum candidates will have a bi-cultural/multicultural background and have consolidated past experience. However, we are eager to take into consideration, motivated and excellent fresh graduates.
