Meditation Teacher Needed ! (Milan)

Hello All,
I'm in search of a teacher (preferably a Yogi), that can guide me into the meditative state I'm been searching for, for a long time.
I've read countless books on the topic, but cant put it into practice!.
I'm specifically interested in TM and/or Kundalini, but right now, any guidance would be appreciated.
I'm sure there are classes of sorts in Milan, however I am looking for one on one coaching.
Am willing to compensate generously!
